Looooooved this episode. Thank you all for your honest, amusing & candid sharing.
Definitely agree that Menopause / PreMeno / Midlife is an opportunity to reinvent ourselves anew. It's a transition from one era and purpose to another. So much freedom and meaningfulness to be gained in respecting the process.
Great to hear that Women's Health Hubs was even floated as an idea, I thought it was just a far-fetched dream I once had. Let's dream it into existence!
I'm definitely here for the messiness, even if it is really hard for me at times to sit in it! Feels like there is something about it being the journey and not just the destination that counts here... thanks for listening, and yes, see you in the Vale! x
“So much freedom and meaningfulness to be gained in respecting the process” - amen! I’ve been trying to remind myself to respect the process and not feel like I’ve got to work it all out overnight and “do peri right”. that some of the insights must come from the messiness.
Absolutely Chloe, I feel there is so much wisdom in the messiness, just sitting with it sometimes, letting it flow through and over brings a strange sense of clarity sometimes. Sometimes it's just messy! Have you read Wise Power by Alexandra Pope & Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer? I think you might like it... x

This was so good! Interesting and thoughtful and moving and sustaining (and a little enraging). Next time hope to attend live. Thank you all for sharing your experiences x

thanks for tuning in Sasha - I'm interested to hear what were the enraging parts for you?
Just the lack of answers about perimenopause and HRT, lack of knowledge, crazy variability in what women are offered and how… ‘just’!
❤️
Such an interesting and important conversation. I missed the first one, will have to go back and listen to that. And looking forward to the next one!
Thanks Sophie! Xx
Thanks for listening Sophie - looking forward to the next one also! x
The wine! The diagnosis! Loving this!! 🥰✨

I mean the all fours is brilliant isn’t it maybe there’s something in and around that…
I thought that…
Like a cat!
See, I also think we should be called something to do with all fours too! I do use Nula to advertise it on the IG ha! AND I think we all have cats?!
